We do everything domestic and foreign. We’re not limited to anything.
Our service goes from as basic as oil changes to as major as swapping out engines, swapping out transmissions, and that extent. We can swap out brakes, catalytic converters, repair emissions, solve check engine lights, all of that. We can replace blown head gaskets or engines, no problem.
We always recommend what is most beneficial to the customer in the long run. We do engine flushes and all the services as far as 30 to 60 to 90k services. We have all of the machines to do all of those services on all the cars, which ranges from power steering and brake flush to transmission flush, coolant flush, differential flush, and so forth. Those services come every 30,000 miles, it’s not like the oil change, so we have the capability to do all of those.
Free Brake Checks and Charger System Checks:
We also do free brake check and charging system checks. If you’re worried about winter coming and your car not being able to charge up and start the car up, we can make sure you’re in good shape. We have a machine that checks the alternator, the battery life, and whether the battery is recommended to be changed or not.
Our Hours:
We’re open on Saturday and Sunday. We’re the only shop that’s open like that in the area.
Basically, it’s 7 days a week for inspections. So if someone can’t make it Monday through Saturday, they only have Sunday off, we’re open from 11 AM to 5 PM on Sundays.
Our service goes from Monday through Saturday. Monday through Friday it’s from 8 AM to 6 PM. Saturday it’s from 8 AM to 4 PM. Sunday we’re closed service-wise but inspection wise we’re open 11 AM to 5 PM.
Great Customer Service and Shuttle Service:
Our customer service is very great. We are very proactive and proficient with our customers. As long as we have the parts and we’re not hindered by that, most of the jobs we get the car in the morning and the customer gets it back in the evening. So we go above and beyond our means and we also offer free shuttle to the metro and anywhere else within 5 miles. We’ll even pick you back up as long as you call during business hours.
Our Warranty:
Most small shops are on a 3 month, 3,000 mile warranty. We have extended our warranty to the manufacturer and dealer specs, which is 12 months 12,000 miles. Now we do that, and most of the work we stand behind such as brake jobs we get the good brand of brakes that are warrantied for 2 years.
First year is parts and labor, 2nd year is parts only and the customer has to pay for the labor. So if you have a car for example and you drive it 20,000 miles in a year, there’s a possibility that every year and a half you change their brakes but only pay for the labor. You don’t have to pay for their parts anymore in this case. You only have to pay for the part one time, there’s a mile restriction on it for the labor but as far as the parts there’s no miles restriction.
